Bock to lead Potomac Street Irregulars

The Potomac Street Irregulars will meet Tuesday, April 12, at the Parlor House, 724 S. Potomac St., Waynesboro. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and is open to the public.

Reservations are required no later than Sunday, April 10. All attendees must purchase dinner from the restaurant.

Frank Bock, Greencastle, will lead the discussion about the 1946 murder of Betty Jane Kennedy. This is the third part of Bock’s investigation. It will focus on the taxicab driver who was a prime suspect in the still-unsolved murder case.

PSI is the crime study group of Antietam Historical Association, which processes information about the region in Maryland and Pennsylvania drained by Antietam Creek.
